« Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience. »

« Chambre propre, personnel agréable mais un peu speed, petit déjeuner simple (boisson et œufs ou pancake). Étant arrivé à 4AM, on a pu déposer nos backpack jusqu'à la récupération de notre chambre! On nous a même offert une boisson lorsque nous attendions notre bus du soir pour repartir! C'est une bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité/prix »

« Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. »

He helped us arrange a bus for a good price, gave us tips for what to do at our next leg of the trip, and generally had a lovely family and home stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone »

« Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. »
