Private resort like setting with unobstructed view of the Superstition Mountains!
The sparkling pool has sun all day and is so fun and refreshing while enjoying the view! Enjoy the beautiful saguaro cactus within the natural landscape and small wildlife.
The outdoor dining space and BBQ complete your outdoor enjoyment.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped for your enjoyable stay. The large master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and king size bed. The walk-in closet has hangers and room for suitcases for unpacking for your stay. A beautiful oversize master bedroom dresser for your folded clothes if needed.
The community is gated and quiet, with no night lighting for a great view of the stars.
On site hot tub is heated at no extra charge.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee, except for December and January. Indoor gas fireplace for those chilly evenings in the winter months.

The house was suitable for our family. It was very well stocked including pool towels, soap and shampoo in all of the bathrooms. I hated the bedroom tv. There was only a few Channels. I would recommend bringing a Roku or fire stick to stream Netflix. We had a few things that came up and co reacted the host for. I felt like it took awhile to receive a response.

What a view

aardig huis maar ver van alles af

we hebben een aardig verblijf gehad, maar op zaterdag begaf de airco het en we hebben bij 44 graden een heel slechte nacht gehad, gelukkig de volgende dag gemaakt. Tot onze verbazing heeft de eigenaar een claim ingediend bij de verzekeringsmaatschappij voor overmatige schoonmaak, geen idee waarom, we zijn slechts met 2 personen in het huis geweest, hebben de was gedaan maar omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken hebben we die niet meer uit de droger kunnen halen; de vaat was gedaan maar stond wel nog in de vaatwasser die overigens van binnen aan het roesten was. De keuken was schoon, de kookplaat was echt een b... om schoon te maken maar heb mijn uiterste best gedaan, aanrecht was schoon en de koelkast hoefde alleen een lapje door. Geen idee waarom de eigenaar de claim heeft ingediend maar als hij dit bij elke huurder doet dan riekt het naar je weet wel. We voelen ons echt zo vreselijk in de maling genomen door deze eigenaar dat het eigenlijk niet te beschrijven is. Ik zou eigenlijk zeggen, denk er nog even over na

FANTASTIC!!

Such a beautiful home in a quiet gated community! We spent 2 weeks relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the hot tub. Away from the hustle nd bustle of the city, but still close enough to access many stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Gold Canyon paradise

Wife and I were in the area looking for a retirement home. This was to be our base for scouting the area. Contacted owner for the codes to access property. Everything went smooth. Property is beautiful! The VIEW is breathtaking. The pool is very refreshing. House is stocked with very nice linens. Kitchen was very adequate for our stay. We ate in half of the stay and found utensils and appliances to be adequate for our needs. Being off season, it was very quiet in the neighborhood. Evenings were spent on the back patio watching and listening to the owls that frequent the area. Wifi was great throughout the property. Highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

We had a little trouble getting our code to unlock the door. But a neighbor helped us. House was nicely laid out. Pool is small but clean. No shampoo, soaps are provided. Bring your own. It's a drive to Mesa or Phoenix but the view is beautiful. First time to Arizona and LOVED it!

Immaculate home & great host!

The interior and exterior are immaculate. Not a speck of dust or fingerprints anywhere! The house looks like it was just built and moved in a week ago. The house was fully stocked just as if it were our own home. All of the beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive to all of my text questions during our stay and our one “thank you” phone call on our last day was very pleasant. The location was excellent—far enough into the desert but with access to essentials less than 10 minutes away. You will not be disappointed.

Sweet comfortable home in paradise!

Nice gated community with beautiful views. We enjoy this home very much, it had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Pool and hot tub area have beautiful views of the mountains. Home was clean and very comfortable for our family. Arizona is our favourite place to vacation, tons of golf courses, Dinasour Mountain in Gold Canyon is a must to play, beautiful! We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return again soon.

Wonderful 5 weeks!

This property was probably the best we've ever rented. The furnishings were excellent. The pool was heated as we requested and provided us several days of fun. It was a little cooler than usual this March so we didn't use it as much as we hoped. But the hiking in the area is great!

Gold Canyon Gem

We really enjoyed our stay in Gold Canyon for the months of November and December 2022. The house was very nice. Half of the garage was available to park our car. The house is ranch style all on one level. The back patio area is very nice with a great view of the Superstition mountains. There are no houses directly behind the place, so it feels quite private. There are neighbors on each side, but the walls are high enough that we were never bothered. There was nice patio furniture. We did not pay to heat the pool, but we did make use of the big hot tub. The house was nicely laid out. All the flooring had been recently replaced. The main living area was open from the kitchen to the back patio. The kitchen was near the front of the house. It had fairly new appliances, nice countertops and was well equipped. All the appliances worked well. The dining area was next to the kitchen. This living area has a comfortable reclining couch and a couple of recliner chairs and a good-sized smart TV. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that we made use of on some chilly evenings. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was good and adequate for our use. There are three bedrooms. The master is at the back of the house with a full wall of windows overlooking the back patio. There is a nice desk in the master. The king bed is comfortable. There is a master bath attached to the bedroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. There is a small walk-in closet off the bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are off the kitchen in the hallway that leads to the laundry room and garage. Both have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. It has a combination tub/shower. Both bathrooms are nice. The bedrooms and bathroom were nicely supplied with towels, linens, and toilet paper. The washer and dryer were in a separate laundry room off the garage. They also worked well. A small supply of detergent and dryer sheets was available. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We will rent this place again if we return to Gold Canyon.

Peace, Pool and a View

We had a great stay! The house is right at the beginning of the Peratla Trailhead. We hiked almost every sunrise during our stay, so being so close to some of the best trails in the Phoenix area was outstanding. The location feels like its right at the edge of civilization, its very peaceful and the night sky at poolside is wonderful. If you are looking for a perfect house with a pool and view, this is the one!
