I did not like front staff at check-in - I had my confirmation number but was told she did not have my reservation. Was told I entered the names wrong - my fault for the hassle?! I had a confirmation number so why could the hotel not find the reservation - just rude and not customer service forward! Go to the sheraton across the way !

Hotel Has a new fee they dont tell you about , upon check out had to pay a $29.99 resort fee. The hottub jets didn't work they wouldnt light the fire pits nor would they turn the outside tvs on.

Left over trash in our room, dirty and grungy bathroom floor- room smells of old, nasty smoke. Loud partying until 3 am. Will never be back.

Great stay
The staff was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. We were the only ones in the pool and hot tub. The pool area is fantastic. Both meals we had were good. We will return.
