THINGS TO KNOW This condo is one flight of steps up on the second floor and there is no elevator available. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. The amenities of the condo complex (laundry, pool, patio seating, etc.) are very nice and well maintained. But this condo is poorly kept. The hard wood floors are dirty (it shows if you walk around in white socks). There was black mold in the shower; heavy dust on all the fake plants. Less than minimal linens were provided. Vacasa management never welcomed us or checked with us on arrival. We reached out to them after three days with concerns. Took three more days for the manager to respond. We had booked for 11 nights and were greatly disapointed. We won't stay there again. Be careful! ##### Jim E. It was a very hot time of year to visit Scottsdale but the condo had very good A/C. The complex is well located, close to the shopping mall and lots of great restaurants. The management responds promptly to any queries or requests. We would stay there again the next time we're in Scottsdale. ##### Amy E. It’s temperature controlled and does not go below 74 degrees. The description should reflect that the renter cannot control the heat. We got locked out and couldn’t remember the code. VRBO was non responsive with incredibly long phone wait times, but my husband discover the window Lock mechanism doesn’t work so we let ourselves back in, yet another issue. Unit owners below us let us know the shower plumbing in our unit leaked in theirs and we couldn’t shower. Bathroom sink slow to drain and the toilet tank doesn’t fill unless you pull the lever back up. Overall the place was dirty, we rolled up the rug which was filthy and cleaned (we did get the cleaning free refunded) The floor threshold from hall to bathroom is missing, kitchen door hardware grimy. Still waiting for a response from the management team. Condo owner was irritated that we contacted her because of the leak, HOA was non responsive. ##### Shelley M. Water pressure is great! We had no TV for the majority of our stay which was disappointing. Temperature controlled in the unit at 72 degrees was a bit warm for us. ##### Sarah G. That being said, it is perfectly adequate for a holiday rental for a couple. ##### John F.
