\~Modern fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and high end cookware. If you enjoy cooking you will love this kitchen. Featuring an organic coffee and tea bar, Ninja blender and a comfortable dining area.   
  
\~Luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower filter for a spa-like shower experience. Plush towels, a hair dryer, curling/flat iron, healthy soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion included!

#### Five star Hotel luxury without the five star hotel price

I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.
