Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- Our properties are protected by a guest screening service that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500\. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Jason was an excellent host—very responsive, patient, and accommodating from start to finish.The home is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike and running paths, plus plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The house itself was well furnished, thoughtfully laid out, and very well maintained—everything worked as expected.We really enjoyed the amenities: pickleball, the batting cage, pool table, vintage video games, and especially the pool and hot tub, which were highlights for our group. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked, making it easy for us to host a couple of dinner gatherings.One member of our group commented that it was the best place we’ve stayed in more than 15 years, which says a lot. The carpet is extremely run down with various stains. We booked mostly for the pickleball court, which was great, but one light was out making it basically impossible to play both nights after the sun set at 6pm. I let host know and he acknowledged it but didn’t fix it. Pool, overall vibe, and house were great. Just needs better maintenance and cleaning. ##### Paul S. The back yard pool, hot tub, pickleball, putting green, batting cage, and volleyball kept everyone busy and entertained for the duration of our stay. There are grocery stores and restaurants minutes away. I would definitely stay at this property again. We had a great time. Thank you! ##### Todd F. The highlight of the pad is the pool and outdoor space. Unbelievable. Big, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Easily slept 16 guys. Jason and team were very responsive when we had questions beforehand or during our stay. Location is unbeatable. 20 minutes from everything, including the airport.
