#### Perfect for GCU commencement 

My commencement ceremony for my PhD was in the middle of the week and we are from Texas. I had so many of my family wanting to attend and this house was perfect. It was the perfect set up for hosting a family celebration, perfect location for getting to and from GCU and ease for getting to restaurants. The sleeping accommodations were adequate. The bedroom with the 2 beds did result in feedback that the beds were super firm and uncomfortable. All in all this is a perfect place for anyone coming to attend GCU events.

#### Fun in Phoenix 

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Great outdoor space for hanging out. Pool was a bit cold but considering the time of year, to be expected when not a heated pool. This house was centrally located . Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-30 min drive.

#### Best VRBO Experience ever

Our family needed a stay-cation and this property was beyond perfect. We brought our 90 year old grandmother down from Sedona with her dog Macy, swam in the gorgeous pool, had breakfast in the outdoor space with the pretty lights. Jackie was beyond welcoming and accommodating, so helpful with any questions we had upon arrival and leaving. We are definitely going to come back! It was so relaxing and we will remember this trip forever. Thank you Jackie and the PHX Stays team for everything! xx

The house is setup perfect for a larger group. The owner is fantastic and extremely quick to respond at any part of the process. Easy to get to downtown, solid food options nearby. Would stay again.
