Welcome to The Vistas at Arrowhead Lakes. This amazing 4-bedroom updated waterfront home is located on Arrowhead Lakes. Offering stunning views of the lake & mountains. Enjoy the outdoor pool, the cozy fire-pit in the cooler evenings as well as an outdoor grill and dining area. Cruise the lake on your very own Pontoon boat, do some catch & release fishing or just enjoy the sunsets. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. This home offers 4 bedrooms, one king, two queens and one bedroom with two twin beds - all with luxury bedding for your comfort. Enjoy a newly rennovated kitchen with the option to dine inside or outside. Two full baths with a beautiful outdoor space this home meets the quality standards of the Luxury Collection in Arrowhead Lakes. We take pride in the quality of our homes, their cleanliness and our attention to our guests needs. Access to the home is through a keyless entry. The property Manager will provide check-in details a day or two prior to your arrival. Arrowhead Lakes is a beautiful community located in Glendale, Arizona in the Northwest part of the valley. Situated North of Beardsley up to Melinda Lane and 51st Avenue to the east this quiet neighborhood is nestled in the shadows of the Thunderbird foot hills and has four separate lakes that run through the community. With access to the lakes ( Great Falls, Emerald, Sunset and Shadow Mountain Lakes) for fishing and boating it is an outdoor paradise. Arrowhead Lakes is in a great location, with easy access to the Loop 101 making driving anywhere in the valley a breeze. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking, fitness centres, golf courses, water parks and only a 10 minute drive to the State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals. Enjoy a baseball game at the Peoria Sports Complex or catch some baseball Spring Training. You feel like you're staying in a secluded lake community but actually you are not far from downtown Phoenix. North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale are also an easy 20-25 minute drive on the 101 freeway as well. If you are interested in hiring a personal chef or a in-home massage therapist please contact the property manager for details. \* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees. \* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise. \* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds. \* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. \* The pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use. We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest's arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order. However, we cannot control mechanical failures or other unforeseen circumstances that may make the boat unusable for your stay. In the event that the boat is not in working order, no refunds will be given. The rate quoted is purely for the rental of the house and the property itself. The boat is offered as a free amenity and is offered without any guarantees made about its availability during your stay. \* For safety reasons use of the pontoon boat is prohibited if temperatures are over 95 degrees or if we are experiencing high winds. No compensation is provided if the boat cannot be used due to weather. \* No one under the age of 25 may operate the boat. Property managers, Kristine and Ross, were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to issues we had with the pool (owner needs to upgrade heater). Glendale is a great area. Try Oggi’s for lunch or dinner (recommended by the PMs)—it’s fabulous, teenage grandsons are still talking about it. SIL and grandson enjoyed fishing off the pier/pontoon. It’s a wonderful neighborhood—we walked to the nearby park a number of times so the littles could play. ##### Nancy D. We did have a few maintenance issues that I reported on a Tuesday: ice maker not working, electrical extension not working in master bedroom, hot/cold shower handle switched so cold is hot water and hot is cold, and the fire table on back porch wouldn't stay lit. Contacted mgr Kristine and she was sending her husband out on Wed to check the fire table issue. He came out Wed evening and they contacted me by phone to inform me that it was working properly and explained how to use the dial properly and sent a picture as well. When we got home, the picture they sent did not match the one on our back porch so I sent her a pic of ours, and she realized she had sent him to the wrong rental. She did apologize and sent him out on Thursday, but he confirmed it was not working properly and would not be fixed prior to our departure on Saturday. The other items reported were not addressed during our stay. Kristine was very pleasant and always responded when I reached out, but it was disappointing to rent a home of this value and not get a resolution of some sort. I didn't want to say anything negative because there were so many extras that weren't even mentioned in the description, but as a VRBO renter, it isn't fair to other renters if I don't. Still a beautiful home to rent and would consider renting again. ##### Kris S.
