Appears to have foundation problems with all the cracks in flooring. Air filters do not appear to have been changed in very long time. Dirt coming out of the air vents. Bugs in the master bathroom, definitely needs exterminating. Grass in backyard needs deodorizing. House location needs to state it backs up to busy road.
