Sydney was wonderful to work with while setting up our stay and her communication with us was great! We stayed for a month last year and again this year and would definitely recommend it. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking devices you might need (including a juicer) and the yard bordered on the golf course. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking our dog around the neighborhood! The location was also great as shopping and other activities were just minutes away! However, the kitchen was not stocked as well as other VRBO properties we have used and the AC didn’t keep the space cool. The thermostat was set correctly but the temp never adjusted accordingly in Arizona summer heat. We brought in a box fan to help but shouldn’t have had to do that. The backyard was good but there were landscape tripping hazards and the outdoor furniture was sorely lacking. The plastic chairs were not good in this heat of summer either. ##### Lisa L.
