Very safe, central location, and friendly neighbourhood, The house was clean and as advertised. Checkin and out was seamless and easy. Communication with Josiah, owner was great. He was very responsive and helpful. The only reason it is not 5 stars was a leak in the main bathroom. The were heavy rains on two evenings. After the first evening, we awoke to find water leaking through the bathroom ceiling fan/light. This occurred on Easter Sunday. I alerted Josiah and he responded right away. He had someone out fixing the roof the next day. With the exception of the leak, 5 out of 5! ##### Tim M. The only real bad thing for us was that there is “ANOTHER PROPERTY” within 6 feet from the rear door which is located in the master bedroom, arriving late at night our first night not knowing everything about this property and come to find out there is another living quarters on the property was a pretty unpleasant feeling having that unknown factor of who or if anyone was in a building we did not know about 6 feet from where we were sleeping.
