\- Roomy 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo, walking distance to old town  
\-Heated all year around swimming pool. Large resort style pool. Hot tub as well  
\-1 king bed & 2 single in bedrooms.  
\-Free assigned parking  
\-Really close to night life (entertainment district), shopping (Fashion Square), golfing, baseball spring training (Scottsdale Stadium)  
\-Wifi, and Cox cable TV  
\-Shared laundry in the building  
\-Free trolly across the street  
\-24 hr check-in  
Guest access  
You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a putting green, a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry can be operated with coins or a credit card.  
Other things to note  
My main priority is to make sure you have a fantastic stay here in Scottsdale. Here are a few things you should know:  
  
\- Please keep all communication on the Airbnb platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you.  
\- Your apartment has free WiFi.  
\- Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building.  
\- The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year.  
\- Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels.  
\- There’s a laptop friendly work station, just in case you need to get some work accomplished during your stay.  
\- We have other apartments in this complex. If you are travelling with a group and all need your own space have a look at my profile for the other listings or simply send me a message and I'll send you the link.  
\- You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.  
  
\- there will be a power outage on Nov 10 from 3am to 8am
