Here are some highlights: \- Year-round relaxing in Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa - Saltwater is gentler on skin and eyes (winter-time pool/spa heating is optional and does come with an extra fee to help cover the cost of gas. Details included below) \- Cozy up to outdoor fire feature \- Fully stocked kitchen including an outdoor BBQ grill \- Game room w/ pool table, foosball table, darts, & big screen tv \- Outdoor dining area & bar to enjoy the amazing weather \- Outdoor TV to watch the big game or movie while soaking in the spa \- Easy access to 2 major freeways \- Artfully & uniquely decorated \- Digital controllers for both showers Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock and Smart Garage Door. You will be provided your own codes to use which for your safety will only provide access during the times of your stay. Pool/Spa: Bring your swimsuits for the HEATED saltwater pool! Saltwater pools maintain a lower chemical level that is gentler on skin, hair, and eyes compared with traditional chlorine pools. Pool/Spa Heating & Fee: To accommodate preference and budgets, we offer options when it comes to Pool and Spa Heating. The fees vary by month and desired temperature. We make every attempt to be flexible and accommodate changes in desired temperatures based on things like abnormal weather during the stay, but keep in mind it does take time to change the temperature of a pool. We’ve stayed at several rental properties over the years and pictures and descriptions can be deceiving, that wasn’t the case with Copper Haven! The moment we arrived we commented on how the pictures accurately represented how well done this proper is. The property itself is well kept, clean and the backyard with pool and hot tube along with multiple seating (and napping) options was awesome. You’ll also find a few items built into the house that are pretty cool! This property will definitely be on the short list when we come back into the Phoenix area again. ##### Mike S. Clear instructions--utilize the YouTube tutorials if the tech in the house intimidates you; we found it helpful. There's a binder with instructions as well. Check in and check out was seamless. Appreciated that we could park in the garage (the opener is so quiet!). Utilized laundry set-up; easy to use. House is as good, if not better, than pictures show. Decor was dialed (& fun-- Derek, you should do tutorials on YouTube if you did all the copper touches and the bike counter/sink yourself). Meal prep was easy at BIG island. We planned to eat at the table on the patio and never did--loved the inside as much as outside. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Cost to heat pool was worth it--our kids utilized it each day of our stay (early March), starting around 10am, so we appreciated the warmth of the water. Hot tub was great too. Backyard shower was convenient. Didn't use grill but noted lots of counterspace around it. The backyard really does have a resort getaway feel. We all loved the double lounge swing and want one at home. Beautiful lighting at night. Private. We enjoyed lots of games of foosball and billiards, and Hook 21 was a fun new challenge. Snuggled up for movies too. Appreciated that each bedroom was TV free so we could truly rest in comfy beds. Lots of closet space. Minimal jobs at checkout was amazing.
