Modern Remodel with pool in Ideal Tempe Location. Home has been completely renovated throughout with high end finishes. Kitchen features quartz countertops and breakfast bar island. Comfortable living area with Big Screen TV. Game room w/Pool and Ping Pong options. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Relax in the backyard by the sparkling pool or enjoy an outdoor dinner under the covered patio. Close to ASU and close proximity to Scottsdale. All that you need is here! The space The home has been completely renovated from end to end and furnished with new furniture. A great getaway to enjoy all that Arizona has to offer. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the cook in the family! Comfortable bedding in each bedroom. Multiple TV\\'s throughout the home. Backyard is a great place to relax. Diving pool and covered patio. Guest access Guests have entire home to themselves and no shared spaces. Other things to note Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. Any pets that are allowed will result in a $100 fee which will be requested upon booking. If you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management so a child safety notice can be issued. Absolutely no loud parties will be tolerated. Neighbors must be respected at all times. Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly. No smoking in home. Smoking anything in the property will result in a $1000 fine. IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA’s and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time. \* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking. We make an annual trip to AZ for spring Cactus League baseball & this home will now be our default if its available. Check/out was easiest I've seen. Owner/management company was very responsive. The place is clean, beds are comfortable and the pictures are not deceptive.The only gripe is minor & one over which the owner has no control. The home is located fairly near a major highway so there's a constant din of traffic noise & of course the occasional loud Harley Davidson or punks in Subaru WRX's with oversized tailpipes. Its not noticeable inside the house & doesn't affect ability to sleep but can be heard when enjoying the (quite nice) outdoor space. As mentioned, I'll rent this place again so it (obviously) isn't that big of a deal, but worth mentioning. Great house, great price, great location. ##### Derrick W. The house was laid out well, it was clean, a little sparse in cookware, but that was easily remedied. The pool was wonderful, very clean and warm. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, plus only about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall convenient and clean. The two most important things.......... oh, that and the pool. Must have a pool. I would definitely consider this home again when coming back to Arizona. ##### Jean O. Also ran out of trash bags. We contacted the property manager about this and they just said 'sorry' and also that they would bring more bags but never did. ##### Josh K.
