Got there at noon and check-in wasn't until 4 they gave me a key card to use the pool and texted me early to let me know my room was available. Great customer service

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. Every night there was this loud groaning noise. I imagine it was from the pipes. It was sad cus I loved this place but that noise often woke me up.

The water in the shower was scolding hot. The sheet on the mattress wasn’t a fitted sheet, so it would move and get bunched up. Other than those two minor things, everything was great.

The bad: The bathroom door in our room was an unlockable barn door that did absolutely nothing for masking any bathroom sounds. It may as well have been a curtain. 😂. House keeping barely cleaned our room. Other guests would leave their room service trays out side their doors and it seemed like they would sit there all day before anyone took it away. The good: Restaurants were great and great service. Very clean and well taken care of. Very spacious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Noise cancellation is not good for the room. We got waken up many times by other customers who returned to the rooms around us late at night.

overall hotel was great, only things that could be better is, I wish there were more charging stations for EV vehicles and I wish the shower was hotter. Seems like during peak times shower got warm at best.

Talking Stick was a wonderful resort for a 1st time trip to Arizona. Clean, convenient location, staff, amenities and dining were all top tier. The slots didn't pay out for our party but we still enjoyed playing.

Loved the Spa and the Orange Sky restaurant at sunset. Room was very nice. Lots of activities if you wanted to gamble, golf, or hit the pool. Great trip!

Executive king room was right near resorts exhaust. Unbelievably loud and smelled like a hamburger. Had to switch rooms and was unable to get a room with a balcony which was a disappointment.

Our room was clean and we'll appointment. The bathroom was top notch. The casino was not as loud as a typical casino, clean and well kept with a great variety of machines and tables. People seemed to be having fun. We ate at the Blue Coyote Cafe, which was very good, both food and service. If you can get it at a reasonable price, highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms.. housekeeping was slow about making it around on a daily basis, ended up finding them to trade out for clean towels 2/4 days. The food at the cafe was very good! I’ve never stayed at a resort where ducks & geese were allowed to swim in the pool.. I didn’t mind bc I didn’t get in but unusual to see . Loved the live nightly music in the casino!

The hotel front desk staff were absolutely terrible. Upon arrival at 1pm they said rooms were not available yet and that they would text me when they were. I called to check at 3:30 pm as I had not received a text and they were so rude and said I would have received a text if rooms were ready. At 3:45 I went to the front desk and there was a bunch of people being checked in and given keys to rooms. When I told the front desk lady I had been waiting all day by myself to receive a text for a room she was soooooo rude and basically ignored my concern. I can’t tell you in detail on here all the ways that they were so rude to me but it was absolutely appalling. Should anyone ask me about talking stick resort I would very much warn them about the terrible front desk staff.

I was very pleased with this property! It was very clean! The housekeepers and staff were very attentive. The location was convenient. I felt very safe. Especially with the triple locks on the room door.

The pool area was amazing. The main pool is heated and there's a hot tub that is the perfect temperature. The Blue Coyote Cafe is a wonderful place to eat and reasonably priced. The spa at the hotel is fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this property.
