This charming 2-bedroom townhouse offers a comfortable and convenient stay for families and groups. Enjoy the convenience of two living areas, each with a pull-out sofa, and all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and air conditioning. Situated near stunning mountain views, you'll have easy access to outdoor adventures while still being close to city amenities. This property is ideal for longer stays. The Space: The Space Welcome to our property! Please read the entire description including our Expectations & Policies below as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests. Property Details This 2 bedroom condo is 1,100 sq ft. featuring an open style layout and located in prime North Phoenix. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. \*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames. \*\*STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT\*\* Sleeping Areas Bedroom #1 w/a Queen size bed located on top floor Bedroom #2 w/a Double size bed located on middle floor Additional full size sofa bed/futon in living room on top floor ( in the closet there is a twin Air mattress) Additional full size futon in main living room Common Areas Kitchen, 2 Living Rooms, dining room/sitting area. A fully stocked laundry room, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Children supplies such as pack and play and booster high chair are available in the property! Parking Garage can accommodate 1 standard vehicle, vehicle must be in garage overnight. All other vehicles must park off the premise. No parking in front of the condo. No Commercial vehicle parking. Pet Policy Pets are NOT allowed on this property A $250 penalty fee will be charged if there is any evidence of a pet on the property. EXPECTATIONS & POLICIES We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! Max of 6 of guests allowed. Additional guests above 4 up to the max are an additional fee. No overnight guests. When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. Noise Policy Noise ordinance set in place between 10pm-8am LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Cleanliness Policy We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team. Discounts We offer discounts for longer term stays. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ\`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine. This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $200, the tenant pays any utilities over cap.
