This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you! \- resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center and a large outdoor fireplace \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather! \- BBQ area \- Arcade \- Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, \-100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Washer/dryer \- Complimentary coffee! \- Patio Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Stairs may be required; not wheelchair accessible. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building! Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere! Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The location of the property itself was good, the unit was decent enough for the purpose of our stay. The pool itself was nice. Used the hot tub once but unable to figure out how to get the jets on.
