### Stunning Casita in the heart of South Scottsdale

Beautifully furnished casita for rent in the highly desired Caballo Ranchos subdivision in South Scottsdale. This immaculate home is a spacious 1br/1ba, approximately 1000sq ft floorplan with vinyl plank flooring throughout, LED lighting, elegant upgraded fixtures. The casita has an open concept living/dining area, large powder room and a large kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and high end appliances. It is equipped with Smarthome features with Wi-Fi capable thermostats, smoke detectors, and sprinkler system consistent with Scottsdale code requirements. Full size, stackable washer/dryer are included. The entire, shared property is immense at just under an acre in size with flood irrigation, plenty of outdoor space and covered patios to enjoy. There is a semi-private fence which separates the yard between the main house and casita for pets. New fencing will be installed for more privacy in the next couple months. There is also a doggie door with an enclosed dog run to keep your pets safe from predators. There is also ample yard space for your pets to enjoy the yard with you. The casita also has its own designated driveway and access to the unit. This prime location is close to shopping and dining, Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, Scottsdale Greenbelt, Indian School Park, Scottsdale Community College, Talking Stick Fields and Resort. There is easy access to the 101 freeway, Scottsdale Pavilions, Honor Health (shea/osborn) campuses, bike/walking trails, Chaparral Park and excellent Scottsdale schools! Pets allowed upon lessor approval. Available furnished, beginning now until Jan 3, 2026.
