There are BBQ grills located close to the pool area and only steps from our backdoor. There is nothing quite like enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a fun day on our back patio watching the humming birds as the sun sets. Our condo is a 3 minute walk to Fashion Square Mall and a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale and the great restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is private reserved parking in the complex and additional free parking on street. We are a short 2.5 miles from the Camelback Mountain Trailhead along with many other scenic hiking trails. We finished a complete remodel of our condo in November. Everything in the unit is new and well thought out to provide our guest with a welcoming, comfortable stay. Our goal in designing our condo was to provide our guest with the most Amazing Airbnb / VRBO experience ever. We invested significant time thinking / researching what made our many home away from home experiences “Great” vs “Ok”. Our unit is yours while you stay, there are no personal items in the property so feel free to use what you see – the middle drawer under TV has a few decks of playing cards, etc. The unit has a WiFi combination front door to provide simple access at your Check In. Walking in you will notice a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and amenities along with your Welcome Gift. We have worked hard to think of everything you might need to make your stay a wonderful experience. The dining area has a large table that sits 6 along with additional stools at the breakfast bar. Both the table and breakfast bar provide a great space for “working at home” using the high speed WiFi while enjoying views of the pool and the many palm trees. The Living Area comfortable seats 6 and is great for Streaming a movie or just watching Cable on the large screen Smart TV. This room has lots of LED lighting and a large ceiling fan. The Master Bed Room has a queen bed with lots of pillows and blankets. The closet is quite large with built in wardrobes equipped with drawers, hanging space and shelves. No need for a dresser taking up space in the room. The Master bath is all tile with a large shower – you are going to love this shower. The Second Master Bedroom is located down the hallway for privacy. This bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and built in wardrobe for your convenience. The second Master Bath is all tile with a large beautiful shower. Both Bathrooms have been upgraded with 7 foot high shower heads. The complex has 4 common areas with pools, outdoor rest rooms, BBQ areas and very clean coin op laundry rooms. Our unit has direct access to the common area making access to the pool or laundry area very convenient. I stayed here for 15 days in August - when it was very hot - ave. 115 each day. The parking lot to the unit was further than was represented to me, but I borrowed a wagon to use for transporting groceries and things, and that helped. The AC unit is also VERY loud. It works well, but if you are not used to that sound in your life continually, it has an effect on you. Location was very good for my needs. Lots of quail and other birds who also call the condo community home. The community seemed to be safe and quiet. The hosts were gracious and kind. We enjoyed our recent 5 night stay, and really appreciated Jim's flexibility with our early check in request. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs - centrally located and close to many restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to use the pool on this trip, as we were busy coming and going. The complex was very quiet, except for some noisy footsteps occasionally above. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we ate our meals out, the kitchen was well equipped and had anything you needed for cooking a nice meal. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled, although we prefer a little more vanity counter space. Showers were awesome! Unfortunately for us, the beds were a bit low and unsupportive. All in all we had a relaxing stay, and the condo provides everything needed to enjoy a brief or extended stay in the Scottsdale area! ##### Thomas H. It is very close to restaurants & shopping in Old Town…so convenient! Beds were comfortable & check in was easy. The hosts left a bottle of wine which was so nice. The only drawbacks were the tenants above up were very noisy ( thin walls) and we discovered the hairdryer was missing so my husband had to scramble to buy one.
