Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit. Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs. We are excited to welcome you to our guest house. Before we arrived, I received a message from the owner through VRBO giving me the code to open the front door. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. She was very attentive and made sure if we needed anything, to just text here. The house/kitchen is very well stocked. We especially loved sitting out on the back patio late afternoon with a glass of wine watching the hot air balloons go up to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her.
