Perfectly centrally located in Glendale near West Gate Plaza & Statefarm stadium . Just 10 minutes from stadium, West Gate Plaza, Casinos and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Guests are not allowed to operate it unless instructed to!

Double booked - left with no place to stay

We traveled with 7 people, received the check in information only to find the property occupied with another group who got there before us. They booked the same property on another rental site & received the same check in information as us. Owner was no help to resolve the issue, only refunded the money but we were stuck with no place to stay for 7 people. Owner didn’t respond or even try to find another location. After an hour on the phone with VRBO support, resulting in being late to the concert we came to attend, a lodging credit was offered which would have only covered part of a single room. Not even close to what was needed to cover 7 people. Ended up driving the 3hrs home after concert. Good luck with this one…
