Known as much for its sophisticated urban flair as its magnificent Sonoran Desert setting, Scottsdale is a city that’s sure to fill you with pure vacation inspiration. Pinnacle Monte Estate is located on a Cul-De-Sac lot and has a privacy wall that runs along the south and west section of the backyard along with a view fence running along the east side of the yard - with great views of the desert. The southern exposure of the backyard allows you to receive sunshine all day long! The inside of the home features elegant upgrades like gorgeous stone tile and hardwood floors, wooden plantation shutters on the majority of the windows, solid granite counters in the kitchen and soaring ceilings. Starting from the entrance of the home, immediately on your left is the billiard room with four retro post-modern bar stools and a ledge for drinks. On your right, you have a formal living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. In the main living area, there is a great room which is one large room with no dividing walls where you'll find a large kitchen with dining table. The kitchen features solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas cooktop. The formal dining table has seating for eight. This room is light and bright with high ceilings and a lot of windows facing the patio and pool. The living room has polished wood floors and is bordered by the stone tile. There is a white leather sectional sofa and two Copenhagen Stressless chair, which are ideal to rest and get cozy after a long day of hiking. Put your feet up in front of the gas fireplace and catch up on your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. In the master suite, there is a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and plantation shutters. The master bath has two sinks, a separate tub and shower and a small closet for master bedroom use. The master bedroom is private and split from the rest of the bedrooms. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Newly redesigned, the yard features travertine paving stones and lemon and lime trees: garnish your favorite beverage or flavor your favorite dish with citrus right off the tree! The resort style backyard has it all: the covered patio features a comfortable sofa and two slipper chairs, a table, flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. On the raised deck, we have an umbrella, table, and chairs. Alfresco dining, anyone? Over on the spa side of the pool, there are a gas fire pit, four chairs, two cocktail tables, and a gourmet stainless steel gas grill. The pool area has chaise-lounges. With its acclaimed resorts, dining, shopping, and nightlife, Scottsdale offers everything you'd expect from a premier vacation destination, plus something delightfully unexpected – the stirring beauty of the Sonoran Desert. \*Pool and spa heat is optional at an additional $75.00 per day charge. Please make arrangements and payment prior to your stay if you would like pool heat during your stay. There is a two day minimum for pool heat charges. Pool and spa are operated by an Iaqualink remote. A utility deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of June - September. Two families had young teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the property exactly as described on the site; it was ideally situated at the end of a cul de sac, spacious, and clean. The host provided detailed instructions in advance of arrival as well as in a binder for reference. Carrie, the host, replied to requests or questions quickly and suggested restaurants in response to my email in advance of our arrival. And, she started the water heater via remote for the pool and spa so that it would be ready upon our arrival. The home is well equipped with utensils. Unfortunately for them there pool and hot tub heater went out when we got there. They stepped up big time and had a new one installed immediately after the technician came out. As many consumers know there is a lot of perceived risk with villa rental. My stay at this villa proved the exact opposite to be true, it was excellent! The house was beautiful, and it was in a very private and quiet location. The pool and the hot tub as well as the entire house was very well equipped. The amenities supported any need that I had. The host was very communicative, friendly, and was all about customer experience. The check-in experience was very clear and entirely digital. I have experience as an executive in hospitality, so I am very picky, so providing an excellent rating this meaningful. Highly recommend this villa! ##### Dan Z. Home served my family well, just did not leave us overly impressed. Though there were cards from a cleaning service upon arrival, you would have a hard time convincing me the house was professionally cleaned before our arrival. We also had issues with pool and spa heat the entire visit. The owners did respond and assist with it, but the whole process was confusing and somewhat annoying after paying several hundred dollars to have a warm place for the kids to swim. ##### Drew J. Séjour de 4 nuits en janvier 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Scott C. 10 sept. 2023 #### Great location, average amenities We found the location to be ideal, it was a spacious home in a very safe gated neighborhood. However we noticed several deficiencies. Towels, sheets, and comforters were below average. No top sheets on beds. Upon arrival which was 20 minutes before check in time, we were not given access to enter the home. The key lock only allowed entry right at 4pm with no grace period which we found to be very unwelcoming. Additionally, the home did not provide paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent and coffee. Based on past rental experiences, every home provided these supplies. We also found bugs near the kitchen and a scorpion in the bathroom. Home needs a fresh coat of paint, upgraded linens and an overall facelift. Responsiveness of property manager needs improvement. ##### Scott C. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2023
