To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
