The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2025-001354\. Please include a picture of your government issued ID with your reservation. \- We are happy to host a maximum of 6 overnight guests, including infants, and no more than 2 additional day-time visitors. \- No parties or events are allowed. Small intimate gatherings and celebrations are welcome, as long as they are contained within the house or backyard, and do not interfere with the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. No Amplified music. \- We can fit 2 cars in the garage, and 2 in the driveway + 2 LARGE spaces for trailers, boats, RVs. Parking on street should be for only brief times. Thank you for helping to keep this type of travel welcome in our communities. \- When you book, we will acknowledge your reservation promptly. Then you can relax and plan your other details. If you start with an inquiry, we usually respond within an hour. \- You should receive automated instructions from VRBO about a week before, however we also contact you 1-2 days in advance thru the VRBO Application with the address, and contact free check-in information (we use a digital key code.). We are also now including where to find easy groceries, and some restaurant suggestions to get you started. \- Upon check-in, we will reach out to you to ensure everything is as expected. Your stay will be in a quiet, mature neighborhood. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, with high-quality sheets, blankets, and pillows. Nightstands to hold your personal items. And Smart TVs The home has air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans in every room. \* The Master bedroom has a massive closet, and 55" Smart TV, and a bath with an elegant walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, and a dual-sink vanity. \* The second bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower. \- We provide toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and high quality towels and washcloths. 2 different living rooms for separate enjoyment. Both have reclining couches, and 55" Smart TVs for binge watching all your favorite streamed shows. \- We do not have cable or satellite. Local digital channels are available. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and adjoining dining space, where your crew likely hangs out. Cards, games, drinks, and great food all come together from the fully outfitted kitchen. Coming in late? Don’t worry, we get you started with some coffee, creamers, sweeteners, giving you time to get to the store the next morning. We provide a traditional coffee pot. Glass induction cooktop, full size fridge for plenty of supplies, and 2 microwaves for instant edibles. An oven for the baker in the family, or easy holiday meal prep. Quality plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups, and silverware all provided. You should have no problems making any meal. The backyard provides the space for some really fun family time. Completely fenced and secure backyard, with lots of hardscaping making it convenient to gather and socialize. An outdoor BBQ, patio tables for dining, and an awesome fenced play pool for your swim season. The "heated" pool was ok, but it was cool weather and cold at night, so I think if we had had more sun it would have been perfect. The firepit was AWESOME, and the outdoor living sections made our trip wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, and the hosts are very attentive. So many places skimp on furniture but it was comfortable everywhere. We loved the pool and our 2 westies loved running and chasing each other around the backyard. A couple of the over the top items we rarely find. The master shower is perfect after a hot day, nicer than mine at home even. Being able to have a garage door opener and parking in the garage out of the sun is a huge plus in the area. ##### Stacy F. The house was extremely clean and the property owner was very nice to work with. The backyard is exceptional. We loved the location and the proximity to the south mountains which enabled us to hike every day before breakfast. We also loved being close to the grocery store and coffee shops. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. The only minor inconvenience was the beds are a bit small. I’m 5’9 and my husband is 6 feet tall and it was pretty snug for two grown-ups to sleep. But maybe we’re spoiled coming from a California king back home lol. Thanks for the great stay! Upon our arrival, we were met with chips and salsa on the counter, which was a very nice gesture for our growling stomachs. It was apparent that they put a lot of work into the backyard, we spent a lot of time out there. The heated pool was perfect for February and we loved the floats. We used the grill a lot, which made cooking easy. Cooking inside was easy too as they have a very well equipped kitchen. The location was right by the local Safeway, making ordering and picking up groceries easy shortly after we arrived. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to meet Lee and Karen upon our departure and they are very nice people, very responsive. Will stay again when we come back to Phoenix! ##### Jamaca H. B. The home and property were spotless upon arrival. The back yard was perfect for the one night that we had Family over to relax after a very busy few days. We sat outside most of the time enjoying the yard and the sun. We would both highly recommend this property. Everything is within 10-15 minutes that you may need. The insulation on the side of the house closest to the intersection was great, so couldn't hear much exterior noise when inside. Property was very clean, decor wasn't our taste but it was cohesive. The hosts were AMAZING and the backyard was a dream! Wish the pool were heated to a bit warmer temperature with the outside temperature cooling down a bit this time of year, but we made it work. I appreciated that the garage was usable so my car didn't have to bake in the 115\* sun. The pool was a must to combat the PHX heat and loved that it was fenced off but there was still a yard area accessible separate from the pool (my dogs are water obsessed). The house is very spacious, more than enough for me working from "home" and my 2 medium-sized dogs. Kitchen had everything you would need and there is a great grill outside. My only "complaint" is all of the beds are very high/tall. I'm 5'4 and I wouldn't say it was a struggle to get in to bed, but it wasn't as easy as most hotel beds and could be an issue for someone with a physical disability or ailment. Lee and Karen were great hosts. They were very communicative ahead of my stay, checked in when I arrived and then reached out to let me know about some fruit growing on the property that I could help myself to (the tomatoes were delicious). Fortunately, there wasn't anything I 'needed' to contact them about during my stay but I don't doubt that if something unexpected happened they would be very engaged to remedy the situation ##### Julia B. It was exactly as listed with all the amenities. The hosts were easy to contact, very accommodating and we thought it was so kind for them to call and check in with us when we arrived to make sure we were all settled and to see if we had any questions. The house itself is well maintained. Everything was clean and spotless upon our arrival. And the chips and Salsa were the perfect snack. It took no time at all to feel like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need to make anything between a small snack to a holiday meal. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The outdoor space is AMAZING! Our family enjoyed the heated pool and the grassy areas to play games or sunbathe. The yard is well maintained and it was so great to hear the birds chirping in the morning while we enjoyed our morning coffee. The beautiful bright flowers attracted hummingbirds and provided beautiful scenery. The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood that is walking distance to some great hiking. We also loved that the grocery store was very close. All in all this was the perfect getaway for our family.
