Pros: Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: Morning coffee is not fresh brewed. It is made from concentrate and blended with hot water.
Location: Convenient to Scottsdale Airport.
Convenient late night check-in from PHX airport. Comfy room, clean bathroom.

Fine for a few nights-Nothing special but clean

Location: Near EVERYTHING-
Stayed over Xmas and the location was great as its close to all the good shopping and eating. It's tucked into a quiet area of Scottsdale so thats nice. The free wi-fi was pretty bad and they need to turn down the heater. Other than that, good place for the price.

Didn't know what to expect-pleasantly surprised!

Location: There's a CVS and a Tilted Kilt right in the same location so you have easy access to just about anything you may need. Close to Westworld!
I had never stayed at a Sleep Inn so I was just going by the pictures online when I booked the room. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean, the bed comfy and all of the amenities of a much higher priced hotel. I even forgot my toothbrush and the front desk had one for me! The breakfast had sufficient options and the staff was extremely pleasant. There were a couple of teams of young athletes staying there at the same time and the staff managed all of that chaos very well. Breakfast lines were still short given the volume that they were serving!

Convenient location fir dining & entertainment

Just off Scottsdale Rd, main north/south street and Bell Rd, one of the major east/west roads. Quick access to golf, hiking, excellent dining and nightlife. A real bargain compared to some Scottsdale resorts!

Pros: Clean and beds comfortable and quite. The special treatment for gest in the lobby, had cookies and ice water that you used glasses.
Cons: Just what I said in another question.
Location: Closed to a lot of different type of stores and places to eat.
I liked the room. I could of used a small table. They had a desk that also had TV on it. I wish it had a bigger sink area. The bathroom area was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Noise problem from sink!

Pros: Had been remodeled and was clean.
Cons: Fix the noise problem!
Location: Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Staff were unable to resolve the noise issue. Whenever we or another room flushed a toilet, strange loud noises came from the sink drain lasting several seconds. This was loud enough to disrupt sleep! The sink is located in the living space so we could not close it off by a bathroom door.
