The swimming pool is heated to 85°F from November through April at no extra charge. Please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 45°F, the water may not maintain the full set temperature.  
  
To ensure everything is in top condition, pool and landscaping technicians may access the exterior of the property as needed, typically during regular daytime hours. Weekly pool service is provided, and a pool net is available for guests to remove any debris that may collect between visits.  
  
  
  
Unwind in this bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home—perfectly suited for families, friends, or business travelers. The open layout features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms that offer both comfort and privacy.  
  
Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, where you’ll find a sparkling swimming pool, covered patio, and plenty of space to lounge or dine al fresco. The pool is heated from October through April at no additional cost to guests, with the heater set to 85°F. \-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
