The private pool can be heated and offers the ultimate splash as well as exquisite moments of tranquility in sensational Scottsdale. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. This safe and charming neighborhood is located on a busy thoroughfare and traffic noise is possible when guests are outside. \~ SCOTTSDALE SPLENDOR \~ The great room is a well appointed, comfortable gathering place for watching the large screen TV and sharing your favorite golf stories. It was very clean, spacious, and had a nice open-concept layout that worked perfectly for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing. The location is great and you'd never know you are right off a busy road. That being said, getting there the first time is a bit confusing, since you can't really see the house from the road, and google maps takes you in through the country club entrance. The property managers responded great when we were out of propane for the fire pit everything was really great. One exception the twin beds were kind of iffy. Meaning they weren’t real comfortable. We loved that everybody left some extra stuff for us as we did for the next people coming in the last day. Everything was exactly as shown and in person, this property is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. Proximity to highway made everything easily accessible. If I could give greater than 5 stars I would as this property far exceeds expectations!!
