Our room was very spacious and right on the courtyard with a beautiful view. Really like the proximity of being a couple miles out of the hustle and bustle. Parking was great. The restaurant and staff were wonderful!

This is an older property that has gone through an upgrade. The property is huge and it took me an extra 15 minutes to get oriented and figure out where my room was relative to parking. Staff was very helpful. They upgraded me to a suite by the pool. Room was clean and spacious. I would definitely return.

The room was tiny, no good restaurant. Water refill stations were filthy. Not many people there so when I asked for my Expedia upgrade staff said nothing available for us on a midweek stay. It was clearly a lie. I know I had overpaid for the room and they obviously didn’t care about the customer experience. Could of easily given us a villa. Going back again to same area this week and will definitely not book. Sorry but did not feel welcomed at all!

Everybody was so over the top friendly Orlando dinner service. He just made our day by smiling. Barb out by the pool bartender. She was phenomenal Callie at front desk was the sweetest young thing ever. We will definitely return and I can't remember the name of the gentleman at the front bellhop He was just so charming

Beautiful family friendly property that is easy to get to old town and many other attractions. Loved the pool and the shuttle service. Room was large enough to accommodate our family of 5 - have it 4 stars because the hotel room itself could have used some updating.

Tho it was my second time staying time, but thinking it was a nice place for my family an I. I will not be staying there to the nature or allowing under age drinking to be tolerated. Security didn’t escort or ask the young men to leave after fighting with each other in front of my kids an other families.

We love the grounds around the Plaza Resort, the manicured desert landscaping, tennis and pickleball courts, several pools, and view of Camelback Mountain! This was our fourth time staying at the Plaza and we will be back.

The many pools, tennis courts, and excellent dining options at the resort make it so that you don’t need to ever leave the resort at all - the service was great, and there was careful and meticulous landscaping all over. The bed in the room was quite firm, so those looking for a soft, pillowy, dreamy bed may want to look elsewhere. But all in all, I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The villas were are definitely in need of a renovation but they do offer a good amount of space. The property is lovely, pool is fantastic and the resort is in a convenient area. Will definitely return!

This is a beautiful property and you’re definitely paying for that. The rooms are nice and simple but don’t feel like much of a step up from something like a Days Inn for the price. Upon arrival to our room we noticed the toilet had obviously been used *gross* but the staff were excellent and attentive whenever we spoke. The room was very clean overall. Also this may not be the best place for sleeping in as the grounds keepers start leaf blowing at 8am. Overall we enjoyed our stay but did not feel like it was a good value. We would stay again if there was a considerable sale.

Property was beautiful however rooms felt like I was in a motel. I didn't realize they were older motel building wrapped around resort and we had to walk up one story with our luggage to top motel room. Room was decorated /updated design nicely but our main issue that both my hubby and I felt was that it was very very dark in room and not well lit at all. Also noticed a strange odor in our room that we could not tell if it was from a sewer system but it was a bad odour for the 3 nights we stayed as soon as you entered the room. Older hotel area I assume they put me in and the structure is like a motel. Overall it was a good stay. Restaurants were wonderful, all staff in restaurants and front desk were super friendly. The pools were also very nice!

This property was ok. The rooms were cave-like dark and only had lamps to turn on. It was more like a motel. The property and grounds are really pretty and convenient to what we wanted to do. Fire pits and pool were nice. They will charge you a resort fee per day. We had a nice time but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The area was close to Old Town with other restaurants within a mile walking distance. We loved the shuttle option, and JDs lounge had excellent food. The water stations were a great touch and helped us stay hydrated. The rooms are a bit outdated and the windows/doors aren’t sealed the greatest for efficiency. The patio furniture was also very old and could use an update. A nice perk would have been updated smart tvs so we could easily stream movies at night, but we found some channels on the guide that kept us entertained before bed. Overall a very cost efficient stay and would recommend for a family trip or if you’re looking for a lower cost option so you don’t feel guilty leaving the resort for entertainment.
