Each bedroom in this home is masterfully designed to carry the desert oasis theme throughout! The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, & direct access to the backyard. The next two bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fourth bedroom is filled with 3 sets of full-over-full bunk beds (a total of 6 full beds).

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms in this home. The private master ensuite has one sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower with a sunken tub, next to a beautiful frosted window that lets in tons of natural light! One of the secondary bathrooms has a dual sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo, while the third and final bathroom has a single sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all the necessary appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The formal dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people. Right in the kitchen, you will also find a breakfast nook, with another table that can seat 6 more. In the backyard, you'll find even more dining options!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

We could not even stay here and have had zero communication back from management

We could not stay at this property. It was filthy and not safe, especially with a baby. We arrived and could not get in. The codes would not work There were two men spraying chemicals all over the front and backyard ( we have a 15 month old)). They two guys mentioned that they thought the back door was unlocked so they went through the backyard and through the house to let us in the front door. We walked in to find nails on the carpet as well as a drillbit. They were many things that were definitely not safe. We left the property immediately. We contacted Vrbo and they were not able to get a hold of the management company. After being on hold for over two hours and disconnected four times we had to frantically try to find a place to stay with 6 adults and a baby. It was a terrible experience! Not to mention We are VRBO owners with very good reviews for years! We never stayed at this home and have not had communication from VRBO after being promised they would " take care of this". They charged my credit card and have not been of any help.
