Visit Scottsdale in this home that has it all! You'll have a large living room, modern kitchen, pool, patio, cornhole, and more!  
  
The home has four bedrooms. There is 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, and 2 Queen over Queen bunk beds (4 Queens total)!  
  
The backyard is truly special - with a deep pool, outdoor dining space, and lawn chairs, you'll have plenty of space for fun!  
  
You'll never be far from the action - in fact, you'll be minutes from Old Town and all of Scottsdale's best dining and shops!  
  
The Space:  
This beautiful Scottsdale home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit Old Town, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group.  
  
All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay.  
  
The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large pool and patio, lawn chairs, and cornhole. There's also a great outdoor dining and sitting area by the pool. It has a classic Scottsdale backyard with everything that you need to have fun and relax.  
  
This is truly one of the best spots in Scottsdale!  
  
Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed, 3 Queen Beds, and 2 Queen over Queen Bunk beds - totaling 4 Queen bunks! It's the perfect place for groups visiting the city!  
  
There's a driveway that fits up to two cars, and free street parking!  
  
The city of Scottsdale requires us to inform you that occupancy is limited to 6 adults and 4 related children.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities in the house. Guests will not have access to the garage.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Scottsdale is a beautiful place to visit. The center of the city is Old Town, and you'll be minutes away from all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. My home is located close to the Pima Freeway, which puts everything in Greater Scottsdale and Phoenix a short drive from my home.  
  
Getting Around:  
There's free parking at my home for up to two vehicles, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. There's additional street parking that's free and easily available. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Parking is available in the driveway, and there is also free street parking. However, guests will not have access to the garage.  
  
Our Scottsdale Short Term Rental Permit Number is 2034700.
