My husband & I had a 2 bedroom suite. Large and comfortable. There is no elevator so you have to climb 3 sets of steps to get to the 3rd floor, but it was quiet and worth it. Only somewhat negative notable thing to mention is that there are only a few TV channels, if TV is important to you.

We traveled with ages 5-66 and there was something for everyone to do. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean!

This property was very nice. It has a pretty entrance and the grounds were well manicured. The pool area was big and there was a separate area for sunbathing with a hot tub. The outdoors also included a wading pool, and outdoor games. Very family friendly, yet set up nicely for these without children. This property has something for everyone! Inside our two bedroom two bathroom unit it was very clean and comfortable. They had extra towels for the pool if needed and a washer and dryer in the unit which I used. They even provided the laundry detergent. The only negative I can think of was the local airport is close by and we heard planes in the morning and Tuesday and Thursday mornings the grounds crew are doing work. We had a bottom unit so we heard the blowers. It may not be noisy on a top floor unit. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and we will stay there again on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Great property. Very comfortable, room in excellent shape. We only stayed for a night but, this would be a great place to stay for longer with the kitchen and so many amenities.

Property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and good kitchen for cooking breakfast. Pool and gym were very nice. Staff took care of all of our requests immediately!!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened up our room. It was larger than expected and we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay pleasant. The planes from the nearby airport started early. The grounds were well-maintained, the fitness room was busy and the pool looked inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is dated. Rooms are getting old and the furniture is worn and not comfortable. High pressure to attend their sales pitch. Very basic and limited amenities. Overall not a bad property but not as nice as I had hoped based on the high ratings online.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for our 6 day stay. Had plenty of room. The pool has plenty of room and very clean. The front office staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our message requests. The grounds are well kept. Lots of a tutu options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend choosing this as your holiday destination.

The property is beautiful and well kept! The pools are warm and wonderful! Our condo was spacious - my only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathrooms. Otherwise it is a great place to stay in Scottsdale!!

We have stayed here several times. Very nice facility and conveniently located. The only negative might be the lack of elevators- this doesn’t bother my wife or me but we are in good shape. However we aren’t the typical 74 year olds and some might find the stairs challenging, especially if you get a third floor suite.

We love staying here. Great property, staff, convenient to West World. The furniture needs a little refresh and living room tv location is not convenient/comfortable to watch from sofa.

Staff is the highlight! Chris and the delightful young lady next to him were great at check in. So was Kay. Very spacious rooms with lots of room to unpack. The furnishings and carpet are a bit dated and pretty basic, but property is well maintained.

Nice place. Staff could be more polite instead of acting like it’s a chore to check people in. We are GUESTS and that it their job. Smile or a friendly hello go a long way. (Middle age woman with brown frizzy/curly hair)!!

We are 2 72 yr old women and 1 67 yr old person and they expect us to take our own luggage up 3 long flights of stairs!!!! No elevator No Help!! We went back to the front desk and they had no bottom floor condos. So we got a refund and left

There was a concert near by playing late at night so that was unfortunate but nothing could be done about it. The unit was nice and clean. Parking was easy. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music being played at the reception desk. It made communication difficult and I was off put by it.
