We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if deemed necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable to. In order for us to finalize your booking and send the check-in details, we require all our guests follow our booking procedure by filling out the guest registration form and signing our rental agreement prior to check-in. We will be requiring a $1000 security deposit for locals. This will be refunded after your checkout once we have clearance from our cleaners.
