Casago House Rules

** Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Good location

This condo was exactly as described in the listing and reviews. It was a great location to walk to Old Scottsdale and Entertainment District (about 30 min each night we would walk there for dinner). Felt very safe and was a fun vibrant area. It was a bit chilly when we stayed but we did use the hot tub on site. There was not any access into the clubhouse for bathrooms and was a few min walk back to condo. We enjoyed stepping right out of the condo to the trail along the golf course. The grocery store was about a 30 min walk but we drove each time. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen items needed. We did have to buy toilet paper as each bathroom only had about a 3/4 roll. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as it was a convenient walk to Old Town.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated, it felt like home. Bright, clean, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, there were extra blankets for the cooler Arizona nights. Comfortable king bed, fluffy pillows, and tons of room to unpack in the master closet. Private, quiet area…and right next to a great walking trail with parks on either end and directly across from the golf course. There was a garage attached to the unit, but our rental didn’t fit. Not a big deal there was other parking just outside the unit available. Pool area with water features was super peaceful. The only downside was not having access to a restroom near the pool, as the condo was at the other end of the complex. Again, not a big deal because the entire complex is small and the walk back was fine for us, just something to note for others.

Loved the condo

The condo was bright and airy. Many dishes were provided-although we never cooked! Coffee filters were there which was great, along with a few spices. The place was very clean and we loved the patio. Very close to the Greenway walking/biking path. The beds are very firm which was ok with me, not so much for my spouse. Shampoo and conditioner was small but since there were two bathrooms and just two of us, it worked out without having to bring or buy more travel size. The pool is awesome, but since it was at the other end of the complex it would be nice to have a key to the clubhouse to use the restroom there instead of walking back all the time. Would def stay again.

Happy Stay

This is a wonderful property. The location is only blocks from old town. Steps away from a walking trail. Private bath for both bedrooms. Clean and nicely decorated with very comfortable mattresses. Quite and beautiful pool area. The only thing to be aware of is the garage accommodates no larger than a compact car, otherwise first come additional parking is available in the cpmplex.

Baseball-Phoenix October 2023

Arrived 10-20-23/Departed 10-29-23. Property located a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Easy access to every Hi-way and all roads throughout Phoenix including all baseball complexes from Mesa to Goodyear. We were in town for the MSBL World Series which utilized all the baseball facilities and stadiums throughout Phoenix. Both of the two bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. Kitchen had all the necessities needed to cook and the living space was comfortable. Had a nice washer and dryer available when needed off of the kitchen. Also, a peaceful view while sitting outside on the patio facing golf course. Property is gated with secure entrance to facility as well as gated pool and hot tub. Felt very secure walking the property any time of day or night. Communication with management company was exceptional before, during and after our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the comforts of home whether for a few days or longer stay. Shopping, convenience stores, groceries, restaurants, all in close proximity. Overall, a great place to stay!

AMAZING

This property was everything I had imagined for my trip and more. The property was extremely clean and well kept; safe neighborhood and walking distance to many things in the area. The property is also on a golf course and there’s a beautiful paved trail to walk alongside. The property manager and Casago team are extremely responsive and helpful if you need anything. I will 100% be returning!

All but windows and water

This property is in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. We love the complex, area and proximity to the bike and walking path. However, the water is very hard and leaves residue on sinks, tubs, dishwasher and all surfaces. Those items do not feel clean. Also, the windows and screens are very dirty and did not work well. They all need attention. We washed a few, but felt unhappy that we needed to do so for the amount of money we spent for the stay. We are also sad to see that the cost has jumped exponentially for a return visit.

Great convenient location right on Continental golf course

Comfortable condo. Easy to get to Old Town and places off interest. The outdoor patio is kind of below grade so there is no view to speak of, however it is a pleasant place to hang out. Quiet location! We did not like the fact that Casago was the controller of this place and required us to sent picture of our driver’s license as well as a face photo holding license up to the face.

Great property close to Old Town

This is a great property and location. The unit and complex are well maintained. There is a good supply of dishes, towels, etc. Easy walk to Old Town. Grocery stores and pharmacies close by too. Access to a great walking path and community golf course. Pool is really nice too and we had it to ourselves. Would definitely look to rent this property again.

If you require Internet don’t come here.

If you require Internet don’t come here. First the bad, because I want people to see this before they read the good. Window coverings in bedroom did not reach the bottom of the windowsill. We had to stuff blankets and towels to raise the sill to meet the window coverings. The Internet was going off constantly making our house hunting trip very very difficult. I believe they had a DSL system which is the old type dialup. The bed linens and towels were very nice. The outdoor area was also very nice on the Greenbelt. It’s a dark bedroom and Internet are important to you don’t stay here. Location was also nice close to old town but quiet at the same time.
