~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply.This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

A wonderful property in a fantastic location. So enjoyed the back patio with the fountain and BBQ grill which we made good use of. Great bird watching on the back patio and so convenient to the near by Safeway! Quiet area and friendly neighbors. We will return. Casago is wonderful to work with. Seamless and great communication.

This is a great location. Close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. The place was very clean and well equipped. The only downside was that the bed and pillows in the master were not the most comfortable and the mattress pad had seen much better days. This being said, we had a great stay and the management was very attentive.

Although the peppery itself was good, our experience communicating with Casago was very poor. The listing promised Direct TV. There was no Direct TV! When we called to report this, they said they would get back to us. Finally called them back after two days. They said there was a breakdown in the communication between maintenance and their office. They also found out that the owner neglected to inform them about canceling the Direct TV subscription. The worst part about all of this was that when asking for a discount, we received an email that conditioned our discount on promising that we would not give Casago a negative review! We were insulted by this and frankly found it unethical and manipulative. We declined the discount. Do NOT go with Casago!!

The location was fabulous . We walked the greenbelt park on Hayden twice most days. The master suite was very comfortable. The bed in the second bedroom needs some help. Every time you move a muscle it squeaks. Something should be done about this to make that bed usable. The icemaker in the fridge doesn't work We just bought ice. The rear patio is very nice. although the lounge chair cushions are tired. We loved the location. We were comfortable and worked around any deficiencies. Casago was a good manager. We had a problem with the outlets not working in the bathrooms and they had someone correct it promptly.

The Cactus Retreat was the best. Quiet location, private, lovely southwest decor, and in perfect condition. We had easy access to major highways, walked to the supermarket, walking/ biking paths only a few minutes away, and downtown Scottsdale just a couple of minutes by car. It could not have been any better.
