Relax and enjoy this beautiful, updated 5 bedroom home+ 2 car garage on a huge GOLF COURSE LOT! Pets stay for free! Your backyard oasis awaits with refreshing heated pool (No cost to heat the pool)and plenty of space to bask in the sun and relax. Open floor plan for entertaining, and includes a work desk! Bedrooms are split for privacy and an large primary suite! Close to shopping & restaurants, Private smart TV's in all bedrooms with free ROKU. This is Arizona relaxation at it’s very best!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.   
  
Nestled in a quiet and friendly Tempe neighborhood, this location offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything the city has to offer. Just minutes from Arizona State University, downtown Tempe, and the vibrant Mill Avenue District, you'll find endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The area is well-maintained with nearby parks, walking paths, and easy access to grocery stores and essentials. With convenient freeway access and nearby public transit, it’s an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers exploring the greater Phoenix area.  
  
Guests will enjoy easy, self-check-in with a secure smart lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival, allowing for smooth and contactless entry. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the backyard or patio if applicable. Driveway or street parking is available for your convenience, making arrival and departure hassle-free.  
  
This spacious and comfortable home is perfect for groups or families, accommodating up to 10 guests with 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat with plenty of storage space, while the open-concept living and dining areas provide the perfect setting for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Guests also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and outdoor space for lounging or dining.  
  
This home offers great connectivity for getting around Tempe and the greater Phoenix area. Located near major roads like Mill Avenue and US-60, you’ll have quick access to Arizona State University, downtown Tempe, and other nearby cities. Public transportation is easily accessible, with several Valley Metro bus stops within walking distance, and the light rail just a short drive away for direct service to Phoenix, Mesa, and the airport. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is also bike- and pedestrian-friendly for local errands or exploring nearby parks and restaurants.  
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.  
  
Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.  
\-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.   
\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.   
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
 \-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)  
  
Pool is heated and set at 85 degrees between the months of November and April at no additional cost to the guests. Temperature may vary during the month of December & January if outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees.

The house was really nice. Very quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to a lot of shopping. I would definitely stay there again.
