Your patio has umbrella, table and chairs, comfortable adjustable padded lounger for sunning and reading, wood burning southwest style chiminea and propane heater for chilly nights for star gazers. Pool area has several lounging chairs, restrooms and large barbeque area for private get togethers.

Please be advised because we have a swimming pool and stairs unit is not suitable for young children. This is mostly a quiet adult complex.

We had a fabulous stay. Very relaxing. The host was super accommodating. He checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Left a welcome basket with a gift card for us which was a pleasant surprise! A close walk to several restaurants and Trader Joes

We rented this property for a two week stay. The unit was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping, and local attractions within a short drive. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The people in the complex were very friendly and enjoyable to visit with. Jimmy, the host, was great. He was very accomodating and informative with pointers to the area. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Condo was exactly as described and photographed. All amenities included were perfect. Pool was 10 steps from condo patio, water temperature was excellent! Location to everywhere we wanted to go was also perfect. Our granddaughter didn’t want to leave! We will stay here again in the future!

The host was superb and amenable to any request we made to him. In fact, things were so good that the only request we made was that he list a few of his favorite restaurants in the vicinity of the unit. The unit location was centrally located and a short walk or drive to practically anything you wanted to do. Grocery stores within a walk or short drive.

This is a super property in a delightful location, close to lots of amenities within walking distance. The property itself was clean and really well equipped. We enjoyed the welcome basket which the owner thoughtfully provided - he couldn’t have been more helpful.

We loved our time at this condo. Great location, many nice restaurants near by, Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Close to golf courses too. The pool is heated which was a huge bonus and it is literally steps away from the condo. The whole area is very well kept. The owner was very attentive and was great at giving recommendations. We are already deciding on when our next trip back will be!

This property was a very nice Scottsdale find. It is definitely right in the middle of all the action, but yet was a very quiet property. We especially enjoyed the hot tub directly outside the sliding door. I also have to mention that the condo was clean and very well stocked with just about anything you could need. I have to give prompts to the owner Jimmy, as he was very attentive to any of our needs. We would definitely rent again.

Honestly, all the condos I have rented on VRBO were great. The same is true for this unit. What makes it special is the care and attention that the owner provides. Things like a gift basket on arrival, and equiping the unit like you would your own house. Plus staying in touch to make sure everything is perfect, It really is a "luxury 2 bedroom gem".

This condo was perfect! Outside seating, both upstairs and downstairs! Pool side! The owner was great! He contacted us the day of check in to make sure it went smoothly and also checked in mid-stay to make sure all is well and it was Indeed!! The property was fulling stocked with everything!!! I didn't need to bring any of the items I usually bring!!(Paper towel, storage bags, Aluminum foil, soaps, shampoos, etc) Would love to stay here again, soon!! Thanks Jim!!!!

A lovely 2 bedroom unit, very comfortable and well stocked. Secure and quiet. Queen bed in master, 2 twins in guest. 2 full baths up, and a half bath down. A quick stroll off the patio and you’re at the pool. Parking is covered which is essential. Location is awesome. There is even a Trader Joe’s that is a 5 minute walk right next door. The Snowdens who own the unit are very hands on. They left us a very nice welcome gift basket, and checked in with us about half way through our stay. Overall, highly recommended.

This was absolutely perfect for a quick 5 day getaway to better weather. The condo was super clean and decorated cute. We were looking to just relax by the pool and work remotely. The pool and hot tub were directly out our back patio door. It was quiet and never too busy. Also perks for us were Starbucks right across the road and Trader Joe’s a super short walk away. There are lots of restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We didn’t arrive until after midnight and Jim even had cold cuts and fresh bread for us to make sandwiches when we got there. He also had a big basket of snacks on the table which was a nice little bonus. He checked in often and answered my few questions very promptly. 10 out of 10 for us.
