Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Check out instructions are in the manual in the laundry room. Leave keys in same place found and remote in the Laundry room. Leave through the garage.

I leave the keys in a designated spot one hour before your arrival. Please let us know your ETA. The keys will be put out one hour before your arrival.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

we had a wonderful time. so many activities and events to choose from. clean maintained home with great backyard. quiet neighborhood. comfortable beds,great room and large TV. friendly respectful hosts.

Awesome!

We loved this property from the minute we walked in the house. Very clean and beautiful backyard. Very close to SCF clubhouse, pool, etc. Kitchen has tons of pots, pans, blender, slow cooker, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils AND a grill in the backyard. The hot tub was very clean. The owners were accessible and always answered any questions we had. We were able to bring our dogs and they loved the backyard. We booked this property for 2026.
