We were in town for a skating competition. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. I booked the previous night so that we would have a place to nap when we arrived. Unfortunately, I forgot to let the hotel know that we wouldn't be checking in until the morning. No problem. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. They were wonderful. They quickly located a room for us at 7:00 am and had a comfortable sleep to make up for the sleepless night flight.
The second day, the manager provided my hungry man-child with pretzels and granola bars when we had to head off to a skating competition before breakfast service began.
As we walked to the car after check-out, my son said that this was the nicest experience he remebers having in a hotel.
