New, clean and close to everything .

Posted 24-Sep-2017
The rooms are like small apartments. Only 3 years old they are modern, clean and well managed. They are within walking distance of many restaurants, and shopping abounds everywhere with an upscale mall just a few minutes away. Next to a freeway, it is easy to get anywhere in the city. Just the best of everything you need. The hotel staff will even get your groceries if you don't have time! What service. This hotel is definitely a feather in Marriott s cap.

We had a water claim at our house and this will be a good place to stay until they get water hooked back up. Full fridge, two burner stove, dishwasher two room suite!! Everyone we have talked to be excellent!

Not happy.

This was not up to Marriott standards. The breakfast foods were poor quality, bad fruit and poor choices. The sink drain in the bathroom smelled very bad and needed to be cleaned.

Hotel needs a facelift

Posted 1-May-2017 on Hotels
This is a tired Residence Inn. Clean, but nothing has changed in the many years we have stayed there. It seems decently maintained, service is fine, pool and towels are clean - but the breakfast room is the same old - as is the food. Nice that they had a food truck for happy hour on Wed evening. But Marriott seems to have forgotten about the place. You will like it if you haven't seen a recently renovated Courtyard or the newer Residence Inns. Beds are old and soft - need to be replaced. As do the worn electrical outlets - at least three outlets in our room would not hold the plug we plugged in. Decent hotel but a bit overpriced.

Perfect location in Peoria.

It was a nice, quiet stay. It had plenty of resturaunts and things to do nearby.

Great experience, room is clean and comfortable. We wish the breakfast were better, the selection was very basic and a bit boring.

Perfect place for Seattle/San Diego SpringTraining

Posted 1-Mar-2017
Pros: The suite had a separate living area from the bedroom. The kitchen included a full size fridge, & dishwasher; also a microwave and 2 burner stove.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: We were there for Spring Training & appreciated the nearby restaurants and shops.
Easy walking distance to the Peoria Sports Complex, home to the Seattle Mariners & San Diego Padres Spring training facility. It's also within walking distance of an incredible number of restaurants and stores. The room itself was incredibly quiet, comfortable, spacious and an easy place to stay for several days. There was a free breakfast as well, that was surprisingly robust for a place that also had kitchens in the rooms. We really enjoyed the heated pool; as it was still a little cool. The hot tub was spacious too. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: I enjoyed the closeness to the spring training facilities.
The staff was wonderful and the room was too. When I come back to the Phoenix area, I will definitely stay here.
