The location is great, walking distance to the mall, Old Town, and Camelback Cholla trailhead. Laundry is for a fee in the complex. The complex is quiet, beautiful grounds. The pool is literally 20 steps from the back door and felt like a private pool most days. I did visit in December so it was cooler so not as many people willing to use the pool. There were miltiple nice lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The grounds are immaculate. The kitchen was well organized, but I couldn’t find oven mitts. I also appreciated that there were fans in the bedrooms, it did get warm at night and those were very helpful. Bedrooms are upstairs with one full bath in the hall, other full bath is downstairs which was fine for me and my daughter. Kitchen is small but has all the amenities. There was coffee in the cabinet which came in very handy for my cross country trip. Property was very clean. Would stay again! ##### Julia R.
