The large and spacious floor plan sleeps a total of 12 guests and provides comfortable areas for relaxing and dining. The living room is combination of open two-story room and a cozy offset with furnishings and décor that invite friendly gatherings and lively conversations. Generous stadium-style seating in the open area guarantees everyone has the best seat in the house for popular TV shows and sports games. For those who prefer a different show or desire a peaceful moment, the upstairs loft with attractive furnishings and large screen TV is an ideal escape. The sizable kitchen accommodates multiple chefs and is well stocked, making food preparation easy and fun. The Island and substantial counter space are perfect for party foods, snack trays and mixing drinks. Dining room provides additional seating for bigger crowds or more formal meals. Large and plentiful windows in each room add to house's bright and cheerful ambiance and offer glimpses of the spectacular desert and mountain scenery. There is also a propane grill in backyard for outdoor cookouts and gatherings. Sleeping arrangement for up to 12 guests: Master Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom 4: Queen (Only downstairs bedroom) Open Loft: full size sofa sleeper bed in loft Also, one queen air mattress Sleeping arrangements offer privacy and elegant accommodations for couples or larger family. First floor Bedroom has queen bed, smart TV, along with a bathroom across the hall with small vanity and shower only. Master suite upstairs has king bed, smart TV, and full bath with trendy garden tub for total relaxation and tranquility. Upper level also has Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by two bedrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with smart TVs. Bedrooms are appealing and provide generous storage space for personal attire and gear. Open loft area has a pull out full size bed and smart TV. Large covered patio overlooking tastefully landscaped yard offers an outdoor escape and meals cooked on the grill. Take a short walk to arrive at community pools (one is heated), spas, tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields and walking trails. Neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Nearby freeways ensure quick and easy connections to the many exciting attractions in and around the Valley such as 5 star River view Park, Tempe Town Lake, Gilbert and Scottsdale. Parking: Garage space for 2 cars. 3 spaces on the driveway. With so much to see and do in sun-kissed Arizona, this unique home is the perfect get-away for large families or couples who desire comfortable and convenient lodging at its best. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Additional visitors are limited. The LR TV would not go past the initial Roku screen. We finally took the Roku device off of an upstairs TV to get it to work. One of the remotes in the LR had batteries that were old and leaking all over inside of it. The 1st floor BR had a TV with the Roku device simply draped over the set. There were no batteries in the remote for one of the TVs on the 2nd floor. The listing says batteries will be replished if needed, but that's not the case. We were told to look in a kitchen drawer but only one battery was there (wrong size). -The door on the mstr BR would not latch. A chair had to be leaned against it to keep it closed. -No batch soap, even small, hotel style bars, would have been nice. Or a note saying to bring your own. -The garage door opener did not work most of the time. We spent a great deal of time messing with buttons to get it to open and shut. -The coffee pot provided is missing the inner strainer that ensures no grounds pass thru to the brewed coffee. We used multiple filters to make due. It worked, but having the basket would have made it much easier. -On a positive note, the beds were all very comfortable and the hot tubs at both pool locations were a welcome break after a day of golf. -In short, this is a nice property but would be exceptional with a little effort. ##### Wil H. My overall reasoning for giving a 5 star overall rating was the stay was of exceptional value with plenty of space and bedrooms for our family. The willingness and ability to allow for an earlier check-in was greatly appreciated. The property manager was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. The minor issues include the following: - The floors by the dining room table were dirty - A light bulb high up in the living room needs replacement - We replaced batteries in one of the TV remotes - We replaced batteries to the thermostat to allow heating to the house. I would highly recommend this properties to others. Fixing the cleaning and maintenance issues will go a long way to receiving a high ratings in the future Thank you. We enjoyed our stay! The upstairs AC unit was not working when we arrived, but as soon as I notified the property manager, they sent a maintenance person over, and the rest of the stay was great.
