Modern home is well appointed both inside and out and exudes southwestern charm and ambiance. Open floor plan is spacious and designed to provide comfortable living areas for a family or couples. Floors are tile; windows are large and bathe home in natural light. Located on the Las Colinas Golf Course, the home is nestled on a quiet cul de sac within the Villages at Queen Creek. There is a formal living room, formal dining room and large great room that flows into the spacious and well stocked kitchen with brand new shiny appliances and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The living room and family room both have TVs. The great room also has lovely views of and access to the backyard oasis. Wifi and cable are complimentary. The dedicated laundry room with family size appliances helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next exciting adventure. There are 2 garage spaces plus additional parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. \~ SLEEPING QUARTERS \~ Split bedroom floor plan enhances privacy. Primary suite has a deluxe king bed, walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath. The bath features a luxurious garden tub, separate shower and dual vanity sinks. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September. It was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and beautiful! The hot tub was so relaxing with strong jets of hot water. The patio and grill area allowed for a great family cook-out and get together. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one might need. The ad doesn't mention it, but you get access to the neighborhood clubhouse with great exercise equipment. We spent most of the time just relaxing in the pool and watching tv by the outdoor bar area. It’s nice that is so close to so many restaurants and shopping but yet in a quiet area of Querns Creek. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Communication with host was great. Easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, check-out and everything in-between. The backyard is an oasis, great for relaxing or a great wind down after a day of activity. The interior was clean, well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed for our month long stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the community centre was only a short walk away. The pickleball courts were well maintained and the restaurant on site, the social birdie was excellent. Traditionally we don’t stay in that area when we visit AZ so we didn't know what to expect. The house was charming and had plenty of space. The real sell is the backyard. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool/spa combo with waterfall and grotto was just perfect. A beautiful outdoor bar with TV, putting green, and multiple places to gather. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TVs. Outside area is nice. We used spa but not pool. Grill is nice. The Bad stuff: Could use table lamps in living area - only has overhead lighting. King mattress needs to be replaced. We had to flip it to avoid lumps. Older washer dryer works but no fabric softener dispenser. Old vacuum that does not work. Internet works but is very slow. From booking to arrival Paul and his team made the whole process painless, and during the our stay they checked in daily to make sure everything was ok. The layout of this house was very well setup with the kitchen, living room area arranged perfect for being able to cook and entertain at the same time. The Master bedroom was amazing as well with its own access door to the back yard which is what really makes this property. The back yard is the jewel of this property, I would say we spent 75% of our time there swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, BBQing, while watching NHL playoffs on the big screen, chipping/putting golf balls, or just straight up relaxing in the sun. We would highly recommend this property as well as Paul and his team to anyone planning a trip to the Phoenix area, (5 Star all the way). ##### Mark M. The property was easy to access and the host was very available It was very well equipped and very clean. The backyard was perfect for our family and had a wonderful time out there.
