The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed \- There is an optional pool heat fee of $55/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool can be heated or cooled, but typically not hotter than 20 degrees above the starting pool water temperature. For example, if it's a 59-degree starting pool temperature, the pool temp would reach between 79-81 degrees with the heater on at least 3 days prior to arrival.
