It is a short Uber ride, but by no means walking distance unless you consider a 1 1/2 to 2 mile walk a reasonable walking distance. The property has been renovated to a degree, but it's still lipstick on a pig. The carpeting in the master bedroom was filthy. The bed isn't very comfortable, and those tiny flat squares they try to pass as pillows are ridiculous. There are no window screens on any of the bedroom or bathroom windows making it impossible to get fresh air without inviting in insects. The kitchen is not well equipped.
