Wonderful location just minutes from parks, hiking trails and several national preserves.(Tonto National Park, Salt River) Home has a fantastic floorplan with 3 bedrooms/2 Bathrooms and private office area, and perfect for family gatherings and quiet enjoyment. Close to shopping, restaurants and other services. This home is ready to welcome you to relax and enjoy!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.   
  
Located in a peaceful and well-maintained residential area of East Mesa, this neighborhood offers a quiet suburban vibe with convenient access to everything you need. Guests will enjoy proximity to beautiful parks, local hiking trails, and golf courses, along with easy access to grocery stores, casual dining, and coffee shops. \-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
 \-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.

The house was in the ideal location, minutes from our weekend plans. Perfect layout for long weekend with friends. Large kitchen and living room, nice pool with outdoor table. Did not bring a pet, but always nice to find pet friendly places. Would highly recommend.
