This exceptional Contemporary main floor Palm Cove Condo a few steps from heated pool and Spa. 2 BD split, 2 Ba with jetted tub-walk-in closet. Small Office set up., 1 car garage with plenty of open space parking. Very Clean. All Tile Floors. You will enjoy your privacy. Palm Cove is a Small Waterfront-Gated Community, and a very quiet neighborhood. Walk to all of the Mercado Shops. Cycle or walk the 25 mile all purpose trail. Ask about 90 day discount, or our homes that are less than 30 days.
