The Space:  
This charming home in the heart of Phoenix combines comfort and style, offering a relaxing escape for all types of travelers. With modern touches and inviting spaces, this home is your perfect base for exploring the city or unwinding in tranquility.  
  
Living Room: Step into the spacious living room, where natural light pours in through large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the plush sofa while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or enjoy a conversation with friends and family in the cozy seating area.  
  
Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full dinner. Bathrooms: There are three beautifully designed bathrooms in the home. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bathroom, located near the guest bedrooms, offers a shower/tub combo with modern fixtures and the third offers another walk in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.  
  
Backyard: This backyard has something for everyone! Challenge friends to cornhole or a game of basketball, or enjoy a round of mini golf on the custom course. Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill for a BBQ, and gather around the firepit to relax. Whether you’re playing games, enjoying a meal, or just relaxing, this backyard is the ultimate spot for fun and relaxation.  
  
Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and be able to utilize the laundry room as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the laundry and backyard.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix. This area is known for its beautiful desert landscapes, proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte, and a mix of residential homes with easy access to local shops and restaurants. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities.  
  
Getting Around:  
The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You can consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are widely available in Phoenix. Additionally, the area is well-served by major roadways, making personal vehicle travel straightforward.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.  
  
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We respect our guests' privacy and have no specific preferences for interaction. You can enjoy a self-check-in and checkout experience. However, if you need anything during your stay, feel free to reach out via phone, text, or email. We're happy to assist with any questions or concerns, but we’ll leave the level of interaction entirely up to you.
