Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules. \-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge. \-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee. \-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. That was the best part of the house! I would have loved some kind of umbrella in the back yard because there was no shade. The house and backyard were great for the dogs! But the house was just ok for people. The couch, loveseat and chairs were all worn in and not very comfortable. The remote in the master didn’t work. The ceiling fan in the master looks like it’s going to fall down. It really needed a welcome book so I knew exactly what to do. In fact, the pool guy had to tell me how to manage the hot tub. I had a wonderful stay, but it could of been even better if some of these things were done. ##### Lisa D.
