HOUSE RULES 1\. Absolutely No Parties. We’re committed to being respectful neighbors. If there are any reports of parties or noise disturbances, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. 2\. No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 fee will be charged, plus the full cost of returning the home to its original smoke-free condition. 3\. Backyard Safety: Our backyard is not fenced and sits directly against the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Please use extra caution with children and be mindful of local wildlife. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay. We visited with our friends from college and we all cannot stop talking about the beauty and convenience of this home. Make sure to take full advantage of the amenities- including the yoga studio, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. Located within convenient driving distance to Phoenix and Scottsdale. The garden and outdoor space were lovely, creating the perfect getaway while still being close to all necessary amenities.
