The sunshine breaking through the large windows in the living room will confirm you’re adventuring in beautiful, sunny Arizona! The home has a large kitchen and island/bar area, easily accommodating meal preparation for the maximum amount of guests. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as additional sleeping space on the sleeper sofa, this home is designed for comfort & convenience, and allows for any number of sleeping arrangements you could imagine!  
  
Finally, the masterwork: the backyard! This private resort-quality space is split up into multiple different areas, including a large seating area around a fire pit, an outdoor dining table with more than enough seating, the BBQ and prep area, countless lounge areas with direct access to the pool and spa. Enjoy a home-cooked meal by the pool, or maybe you\`d prefer to watch the beautiful Arizona sunsets from the stunning rooftop patio. SO MANY OPTIONS! Guests will have full access to the home. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and the street.  
  
• Pool & Spa Heating - $130 per day \*Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival, 2 night minimum  
\*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Pool & Spa Heat Schedule:  
If you add pool heat to your stay, the system will automatically rotate between heating the pool and spa on a set schedule:  
Pool heat: 12am–8am & 12pm–5pm  
Spa heat: 8am–12pm & 5pm–12am  
The pool and spa don’t heat at the same time, so they switch back and forth throughout the day. The schedule is automatic and can’t be changed, so we recommend planning your swim or soak times around it!  
  
• Must be 25+ in order to book.  
  
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.  
  
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.  
  
• Full acceptance of the landlord\`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.  
  
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.  
  
• Locals must message before booking.
